Return conditions depend on your destination. Contact us with your order number if you need help.

Notify us at contact@enginelegacy.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. We will provide the return destination and instructions. Please include your order number.

Returns

For a cancellation, we refund the purchase price and the cost of standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Refunds go to the original payment method.

You may inspect a watch as you would in a shop. Where handling beyond what is necessary reduces its value, a deduction may apply as permitted by law. Keep the packaging where practical; missing original packaging does not automatically remove your statutory right to cancel.

For a change-of-mind cancellation, any return postage cost for which you are responsible will be clearly disclosed before your order. We do not require advance approval for you to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, contact us promptly. We will address the issue under the applicable consumer rights. Your statutory rights are not limited by any brand warranty.
